Private longtail trip to Koh Kradan

Koh Kradan has a reputation for having one of the most beautiful beaches in Trang Province

The sleepy paradise island of Koh Kradan has amazing beaches, clear aquamarine water and great views over to the Trang Islands.

Koh Kradan is located far south of Koh Lanta, we are one of the very few tour companies that can take you there on a private longtail boat from Ko Lanta due to our location in the south of the island.

The aquamarine waters off the white coral sand beach looking out towards Koh Mook make this a real hidden gem and well worth the journey.

Part of the route to Koh Kradan involves sailing past Koh Ngai and Ko Mook – usually part of the 4 Islands tour. If you wish we can make a short stop on the beach at Koh Ngai or even visit the Emerald Cave on Koh Mook on the way to Kradan or on the return journey. As its your own boat for the day, it’s up to you!

As Kradan is a small island we usually first visit some of the quieter beaches for a swim and exploring the deserted beaches before heading around the island and stopping at the Hat Chao Mai national park where there is excellent snorkeling.

After some snorkelling we’ll moor up on the main beach for lunch and to give you time to explore the island. It is possible to walk from one side of the island from the main beach over to Sunset Beach through one of two trails across the island – look for the entrance to the Paradise Lost Resort. Or just laze around on the beach and enjoy the views of the limestone karst landscape over to Ko Muk and Trang Province. The shallow blue water seems endless and it feels like its almost possible to walk to Ko Muk!
